Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Doperfume. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly at alshiraatradingllc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

About decants

Doperfume is an independent decanting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the fragrance houses whose products we decant. Brand names are used solely to identify the original product.

Each decant is transferred by hand from an authentic original bottle. Small variations in fill level, colour or packaging are normal and do not affect the fragrance.

Orders, pricing and payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.

Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened or used decants cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or refund.

Safe use

Fragrances are for external use only. Perform a patch test before first use, keep away from eyes, flames and children, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Check the original manufacturer's ingredient list if you have known allergies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code and content, is owned by Alshiraa and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

App store terms

If you downloaded Doperfume from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms are between you and Alshiraa, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alshiraa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
