This Privacy Policy explains how Alshiraa ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Doperfume mobile app and related services. By using Doperfume, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run Doperfume. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Sharing with service providers
We share information only with trusted providers that help us operate Doperfume, and only as much as they need to perform their service:
- Payment processor — Securely processing card and wallet payments
- Delivery partners — Delivering orders to the address you provide
- Apple App Store / Google Play — App distribution and crash reporting (privacy policy)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except order records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored with reputable providers that apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Your rights and choices
You can at any time:
- Access or correct the information in your account.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Delete your account and associated data — see how to delete your account.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing, such as notifications, from your device settings.

Children
Doperfume is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
