Delete your account
You can delete your Doperfume account and the personal data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email.
Option 1 · In the app
- 1. Open Doperfume and sign in.
- 2. Go to Settings → Account.
- 3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 · By email
Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process your request within 30 days.

- Your account and login
- Contact details
- Delivery information
- Order history
- Payment information
- Device and usage data
What we may keep
- Order and invoice records, kept for up to the period required by tax and accounting law
- Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days of your request.
